Part-time (20Hours), 2/10’s, 6:30-5:00, 30 minute lunch. Rotate between 2locations in Heart and Vascular with Platte Valley as home clinic.

Tuesday at Buckley, Friday at Platte Valley.

Check outthis video and learn more and discover the “Power of We.” As anEcho Sonographer at Intermountain Health, you will play a vitalrole in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receivethe best care by: Ensures proper patient identification, verifiesorders, and prepares patients for exams. Uses proper imagingtechniques to ensure timely, safe, and high quality diagnosticexams. Demonstrates the ability to perform any exam on all ages ofpatients (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics)using appropriate protocol and following ACR guidelines.

Demonstrates proficiency on all clinical equipment within thedepartment. Completes and annotates a medically acceptable exam,following ACR guidelines while producing the maximum diagnosticinformation in a minimal amount of time. Follows appropriateprotocol for medical necessity, coding and charging, obtainingconsents if necessary, documenting any events that may occur, forquality, maintaining a current QC program for ACR and reporting anyequipment failures or problems. Exhibits good safety practices inbody substance protection, cleaning of equipment, using propersterile techniques, and removing any expired materials. Thoroughlyand accurately completes all required documentation, including timestamps and image storage. Minimum Qualifications ARRT Registry orARDMS Registry. The ARDMS must include successful completion of oneregistry pertinent to the department beyond physics (optionsinclude OB, abdominal, neuro, breast, and, vascular). Basic lifesupport (BLS) certification for healthcare providers. PreferredQualifications Ultrasound experience
