Travel Job Description As a maternal fetal medicineultrasonographer, you will use ultrasound to take medical images ofpatients for OB-GYN physicians. Working in a hospital, women’scenter, private practice, imaging center or other healthcarefacility, you’ll prepare patients for ultrasound, operateultrasound equipment, process images for radiologists andphysicians and handle patient records.
