Stopwatch Urgent Care in Troy is hiring an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver fast, patient‑first care with a schedule built for real work‑life balance. Why You’ll Love It Here Three shifts one week, four the next—77 hours across two weeks Rotating weekends & holidays so everyone shares time off Up to 128 PTO hours per year, accruing from day one $300/mo student‑loan repayment (eligible after 6 months) Medical, dental, vision, CME stipend, malpractice with tail where applicable 401(k) match + free urgent‑care visits for you & your immediate family Supportive onboarding (mentor FNP/MD, stable MA + X‑ray tech crew) Experity EMR with fast chart templates—wrap notes and leave on time Your Day‑to‑Day Treat 3-4 patients per hour, all ages Order & interpret on‑site X‑ray and rapid labs (flu, strep, UA, COVID) Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage Perform employment and DOT physicals once credentialed Must‑Haves Active Alabama FNP or PA‑C license 2+ years of urgent‑care, emergency‑medicine, or primary‑care experience

FMCSA DOT

Medical Examiner cert or willingness to complete it within six weeks of hire (training cost & exam fee covered) Current

BLS & ACLS

(we’ll help renew)

Pay & Schedule Hourly:

$60

• $70 (exact rate set by experience, clinic volume, and location)

Schedule:

Three shifts one week, four the next—77 hours across two weeks Monday

• Friday:

  8 AM

• 7

PM Saturday & Sunday:

9 AM
