Compensation:
Starting at $16.00
Hourly Schedule :
Thursday – Sunday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be willing to follow company’s procedures in performing position responsibilities.
- Must be able to work in an upright, standing, or sitting position for long periods of time; handle, grasp and lift objects and packages; reach with hands and arms.
- Must have knowledge of basic computer skills necessary; will train on access control software.
- Must be extremely responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team, without direct supervision.
- Must be reliable and reports to work on time and for assigned work schedule.
- Must maintain good attendance.
- Maintain a professional and customer service image as the face of the property. . Must have a good driving record; performs roving patrol when requested.
- Must d have reliable transportation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce access control procedures to ensure that only authorized personnel gain access to the community.
- Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
- Make property rounds (roving patrol) as needed.
- Available to perform varying shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.
