As an EMT, you will play a crucial role in providing emergency medical care to patients in various settings. Duties Respond to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured Assess the patient’s condition and determine a course of treatment Administer basic life support and emergency medical care such as CPR, bandaging wounds, and administering oxygen Transport patients safely to medical facilities Communicate with medical personnel to report patient information and receive instructions for further treatment

Experience Required Skills:

Knowledge of emergency medicine and anatomy Proficiency in patient care and medical terminology Ability to perform patient assessments and triage effectively Experience in critical care transport and venipuncture
