REQUIREMENTS

Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program and Florida-issued license/certificate or completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program and BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association #LI-NW1 Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
