Endoscopy Technician Lighthouse Point Ambulatory Surgery Center 5340 North Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients during GI procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of endoscopes and specialized equipment. The Endo Technician will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Duties Technical knowledge and skills in cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining endoscopes and other specialized equipment Understanding of infection control standards and protocols to ensure patient safety. Strong attention to detail to accurately prepare and handle surgical instruments, as well as record patient information and procedure details. xceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, providing them with reassurance and information about the procedure.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals.
