PM JobSummary Responsibilities:

Reprocessing of Flexible Endoscopes i.e.

Gastroscopes, Colonoscopes, Duodenoscopes, Linear/Radial UltrasoundScopes, Therapeutic Scopes, Bronchoscopes, and High ResolutionManometry Catheters according to Manufactures Instructions for Usewith adherence to best practice guidelines

ANSI/AAMI

ST79, ST58,ST91, AORN, SGNA and BCH facility IPC policies to deliver medicaldevices safe for use.

• Perform dry and wet leak testing of scopesusing automated and manual leak testers
• Perform manual cleaningof medical devices and scopes
• Perform scope HLD using theassistance of (AER) Automated Endoscope Reprocessor
• Performaspiration and flushing of scope channels manually and withautomated assistance
• Perform manual HLD of catheters according toMIFU using the HLD soak stations
• Perform visual inspection usingmagnification assistance of medical devices and scopes
• PerformsHLD solution(s) temperature recording, MRC concentration testingrecording and logging all steps throughout the process.
• Performmedical device tagging/ tracking/logging, sterile supply storagemonitoring, scope cabinet maintenance and medical device transport
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment maintenance
• Performother duties as assigned To qualify, you must have: HSPA – CRCST,and/or

CBSPD – CSPDT

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience with in Sterile Processing orEndoscopy
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique
• Strongknowledge of medical device reprocessing, care, handling, use andtransport
• Strong Customer service and communication skills todevelop working relationships with staff
• Strong Problem solvingskills, prioritization and situational assessment skills
• Theability to work independently and as a team player
