Position Details/Responsibilities Responsible for providing PDI employee services for the fitness center to include: exercise programs, athletic events, groups classes, wellness coaching, fitness assessments, wellness education and personal training. Assist with monitoring the front desk and fitness center check-ins Conduct new member orientations Floor supervision, cleaning and equipment maintenance Assist with special wellness promotions and/or events such as coordinating sports leagues Be an ambassador to the PDI work/life balance Here’s What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related degree required Certification in personal training, wellness coaching, health education and/or group exercise is preferred ACSM-CEP, CSCC, ACE, NASM, Wellcoaches, CHES preferred Current CPR certification required Bi-Lingual highly preferred Experience in Corporate Wellness is a plus.
