We’re expanding our team and seeking a Movement Optimization Specialist to deliver world-class corrective exercise and functional training as part of our multidisciplinary care model.

What You’ll Do:

Lead 1-on-1 and small group corrective exercise and functional movement sessions for patients in active care Implement personalized protocols based on movement assessments, spinal findings, and performance baseline testing. Collaborate closely with our chiropractor and rehab team to ensure a seamless patient experience across chiropractic, manual therapy, and movement training Work within our custom app to design individualized in-office and at-home movement programs , fitness progressions, and basic nutrition guidance Deliver progressive rehab programs focused on posture, mobility, core stability, and strength restoration Support the transition from pain to performance with thoughtful, structured programming Track progress, adjust protocols dynamically, and guide patients through each phase of care

What Sets You Apart:

Degree or certification in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy Assistant , or similar Corrective Exercise Certification (NASM CES, FMS, or similar) or willingness to complete certification upon hire Passion for functional movement, injury prevention, and helping people perform at their best Strong coaching presence and confident communication — both 1-on-1 and in small groups Energetic, coachable, and excited to grow with a visionary brand in the health & performance space

Bonus Points For:

Experience in chiropractic, sports rehab, or performance training settings Familiarity with tools like Google workspace, EMR charting, HIPPA compliance Interest in nervous system-based care, structural correction, and long-term health transformation
