The role of a Flexologist is to deliver the best one on one assisted stretch experience possible! You’ll help clients reach their flexibility goals and gain more freedom of movement to perform better at work, at the gum and in life. Our Flexologist Training Program is unique, intensive and an important part of every Flex’s journey at StretchLab. Come join our team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver one on one assisted stretch sessions Encourage, educate and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions Build StretchLab memberships and retain current clientele Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rule Attend monthly Staff meetings and required educational presentations Handle member concerns when applicable Maintain strong social media presence to drive client membership and retention Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for use Qualifications Love of boutique fitness environment is a must Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility 20-30 hours/week (Open 6 days a week, one weekend day required) Available to go through out Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online instruction, 2 days of hands on training and 20 practice hours Required background qualifications- LMBT, PTA, Personal Trainer, ATC, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, Exercise Science/Kinesiology degree 1+ year of experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands on training with clients Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication skills Professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
