Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a relatedcounseling field Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license ([LICSW,LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC]) in the state of practice Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicareprogram or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior tostarting a new position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience post master’s degreeproviding behavioral health services Experience providing direct psychotherapy services toindividuals and families Experience working with computers for professional communicationand medical documentation
- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or otherEHRs) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equaleffectiveness
- The salary range for this role is $53,800 to $114,300 annuallybased on full-time employment.
Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withall minimum wage laws as applicable.
