Job Summary:
As a Licensed Professional Therapist at our Naples campus, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices and be trained to receive additional certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use of evidence-based practices.
- Engaging children, adolescents, and family members in life-changing therapy.
- Identifying
DSM 5-TR
Diagnoses and developing/reviewing Treatment Plans.
- Maintaining a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.
- Growing the Child Outpatient Continuum of comprehensive services through community engagement.
- Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.
- Collaborating with the Care Coordinator when assistance is needed on certain administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field = Required
- Clear/Active FL Therapy License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) = Required
- Experience working with children/adolescents = Required
- Spanish Bilingual = Preferred But Not Required!
- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
