Job Summary:

As a Licensed Professional Therapist at our Naples campus, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices and be trained to receive additional certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use of evidence-based practices.
  • Engaging children, adolescents, and family members in life-changing therapy.
  • Identifying
DSM 5-TR

Diagnoses and developing/reviewing Treatment Plans.

  • Maintaining a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.
  • Growing the Child Outpatient Continuum of comprehensive services through community engagement.
  • Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.
  • Collaborating with the Care Coordinator when assistance is needed on certain administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field = Required
  • Clear/Active FL Therapy License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) = Required
  • Experience working with children/adolescents = Required
  • Spanish Bilingual = Preferred But Not Required!
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
  • Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
  • Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
