As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you willtreat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect theneeds of our diverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:

• Screen andassess patients for common mental health and substance abusedisorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions usingvarious approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications

RequiredQualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
• Must have a clear, active andunrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC]) in the state of Florida
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicareprogram or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior tostarting a new position

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years ofprofessional experience post master’s degree providing behavioralhealth services
• Experience providing direct psychotherapyservices to individuals and families
• Experience working withcomputers for professional communication and medical documentation- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness If thehired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting)this position requires the AHCA Level II background check(fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians thathave direct face to face contact with members OR employees who willhave access to confidential patient data and will require renewalevery five years.

The salary range for this role is $53,800 to$114,300 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based onseveral factors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Groupcomplies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
