Position Overview A well-established behavioral health organization is seeking multiple Therapists to join its clinical team. These roles will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to adult and/or adolescent clients engaged in behavioral health treatment. Modalities include individual, group, and family therapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing approaches. Available Schedules Aftercare Coordinators (2 roles): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Primary Therapists (3 roles): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with rotating weekend coverage every 3-4 months Ancillary Therapists (4 roles•4/10 shifts): 2 positions: Sunday-Wednesday 2 positions:
Wednesday-Saturday Candidate Profile Education:
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Licensure:
Active state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or eligible for provisional/intern status
Experience:
1-3 years in behavioral health preferred Pay is dependent on experience and licensing.
Skills:
