Responsibilities and more:

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with patients and their families.

Therapeutic Interventions:
Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, group, couples, and family counseling, tailored to diverse populations and age groups.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within the electronic health record system, adhering to agency timelines.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

Patient Advocacy:
Assist patients in accessing community resources and support systems, advocating for their needs and facilitating referrals when necessary.

Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Background:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Licensure:
Active Florida licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure; supervision provided for Registered Interns.

Clinical Experience:
Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, with strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
