As a Licensed Clinical Therapist /Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety ofmental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diversepatient population. You will provide patients with behavioral andmental health treatments, including individual and group therapy,medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Form excellent provider-patient alliances andcoordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatientpsychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substanceabuse disorders
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental healthconditions using treatment approaches including cognitivebehavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and otherevidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment responseand monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatmentside effects or complications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-dateelectronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation,ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements You’ll berewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment thatwill challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes tosucceed in your role as well as provide development for other rolesyou may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’sdegree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC)in the state of practice
• 2 years of professional social work /clinical experience post Master’s degree
• Currently eligible to beenrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminateopt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position

PreferredQualifications:

• Experience providing direct psychotherapyservices to individuals and families
• Experience working withcomputers for professional communication and medical documentation- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Proven ability towork both independently and collaboratively with equaleffectiveness If the hired individual resides in Florida (officebased or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level IIbackground check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for allclinicians that have direct face to face contact with members ORemployees who will have access to confidential patient data andwill require renewal every five years.

The salary range for thisrole is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to locallabor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
