Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL; this position provides Family Therapy for youth with serious behavioral and emotional problems (MST-Psychiatric) and is responsible for: Conducting assessments; creating and adhering to treatment plans
Collaborating with families, youth, and community agency staff.
Participating in weekly team supervision and consultation; Therapist will function as a part of an MST and Devereux team.
Providing periodic on-call coverage.

Pay Range:
This position range is $56,000
- $63,840 / annual (non-licensed) & $59,000
- $67,260 / annual (Licensed).
Salary is based on relevant education and experience.

Qualifications Education:
Master’s degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology field required
Experience:
2 years’ experience (post graduate degree) working in a Clinical setting providing counseling to youth and/or families or 1 year of MST experience required
Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy and behaviorally-based treatments preferred
Schedule:
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
This is a community-based position working with families throughout Orange County.
Other Requirements:
Valid FL State Issued Driver’s license
