Locations:

Palm Beach, FL and Fingerlakes, New York (enjoy the best of both beautiful locations spending half of the year in each)

Start:

June, 2025

Compensation:

$70K-$80K annually

DOE Schedule:

Full-time hours with a weekly schedule of

Tuesday-Saturday Benefits:

Full health insurance (after 3 months of employment), salary, paid vacation and New York provided housing

Training:

Supervision, training and programming is provided by highly experienced full-time

BCBA Responsibilities:

This position requires a dedicated RBT or BCaBA who can support the client, family and team with the following: Provide safe natural environment teaching Providing safe outdoor activities and regular exercise, including swimming laps, open water swimming, hiking and running Conduct thorough data collection Teach verbal behavior skills in DTT setting as well as natural environment Conduct discrete trial teaching Create and maintain a positive, encouraging and nurturing environment for the client Provide safe and timely transportation to activities and outings Provide support and facilitate independence in the community Provide necessary support and teach increased independence in Activities of Daily Living Provide overnight care and support (as needed, but not part of typical schedule) About the ideal candidate: The ideal candidate is an energetic RBT or BCaBA with experience in natural environment teaching, data collection and verbal behavior teaching. The ideal candidate is calm, patient, and positive with a passion for helping others chase their interests and meet their goals. Qualifications:

RBT or BCaBA certification Ability and interest to run at least 2 miles in 20 minutes and swim laps (to participate in client’s interest and exercise regimen) 3+ excellent professional references Must successfully complete the highest level of security clearance and background checks (including but not limited to local/national criminal search, sex offender, FBI and DOJ search, fingerprints and watchlists) Must sign and comply with NDA Must have clean DMV records and valid driver’s license Must be able to legally work in the

Are you willing to travel with the family as they transition each year? The client is active and enjoys going on a run. He needs his therapist to run alongside him for safety reasons. Are you able to run at least 2 miles in 20 minutes? The client enjoys swimming laps in a pool as well as playing in the lake. Are you a strong swimmer to participate alongside the client? Do you have your RBT or BCaBA certification?
