Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic and growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for working with individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and related challenges across the lifespan. The therapist will primarily provide individual and family therapy, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and coaching staff, and contribute to a supportive, responsive, and innovative care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based individual, family, or group therapy to children, teens, and/or adults Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation in a timely and compliant manner Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers, ADHD coaches, dietitians, and support staff to ensure coordinated care Offer psychoeducation and coping strategies for executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges Participate in team meetings and case conferences as needed Maintain cultural humility, trauma-informed care principles, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches Maintain licensure and continuing education as required
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field Active Florida licensure as an LMHC or LCSW (required) Experience or interest in working with ADHD, autism, or neurodivergent populations (preferred but not required) Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, solution-focused, play therapy, or other modalities Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Comfort with technology and electronic health records (EHR)
