RBT Creating Balance INC Altamonte Springs, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $21 – $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Mileage reimbursement Loan repayment program Qualifications Medication administration Care plans Entry level Full Job Description Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols Collecting and recording data based on client behavior Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress Collaborating and communicating with the training of parents, staff, and clients Providing a safe, empathy-filled, and supportive environment for patients and their family Maintaining strict confidentiality for all client work Preparing for setbacks in therapy and reducing potential stressors for patients Recording notes, compiling reports and discussing results with a supervising therapist or RBT supervisor Implementing care plans for children on the spectrum Assisting with the delivery of behavior analysis services and practices under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA Administering medications Monitoring and sharing client progress with family members and caretakers Assisting families to help the client achieve milestones Conducting behavioral or other psychiatric assessments
