This is a part-time position, the individual within this role will need to have availability Monday – Friday 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

General Responsibility:

Provide direct behavioral interventions to teach communication, social and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors for students at Quest Kids Academy.
Responsibilities Collect and graph all data for each child’s direct implementation of treatment plans related to behavior reduction and skill acquisition. This includes being able to transcribe session notes in a timely manner.
Comfortable utilizing technology for data collection and tracking
Conduct individual therapy sessions for each child as assigned
Flexible to schedule changes based on business needs including but not limited to client cancellations, staffing needs, etc.
Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Quest Kids Academy Classrooms.
Cares for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self-care programs and needs.
Communicate session outcome with parents/caregiver
Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies on a daily basis.
Provide input for programmatic decisions.
Attend all staff meetings.
Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to behavioral programming and to Quest’s personnel policies.
Adheres to all Quest’s policies and procedures
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

Education/Training (including vocation, Jr. College, etc.):
A.A./60+ credits of general studies towards degree in Psychology or related field (preferred)
Experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.
