Role:

Are you seeking a flexible schedule and meaningful work? CenClear’sFamily Based Mental Health (FBMH) program needs dedicatedtherapists to help families stay together, build resilience, andaccess essential supports. Our strength-based, in-home approachfocuses on preserving family unity and preventing out-of-homeplacements. As a therapist, you’ll provide case management, crisisintervention, and clinical therapy for individuals aged 4 to 21,working closely with a treatment team. Provide direct clinical therapy, case management, and crisisinterventionMaintain documentation and administrativerecordsParticipate in personal and professional developmentBeavailable for on-call needsWork 40 hours per week, year-round

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field includingpsychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least 1-yearChild and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP) experience-or-Master’s degree in human services or related field includingpsychology, counseling or social work: Must have at least2-YearsChild and Adolescent Social Service Program (CASSP)experienceTraining in family therapy and specifically EcosystemicStructural Family Therapy (ESFT) is a plusMust obtain the followingclearances prior to hire:
