Join Reaching Milestones as a Behavior Coach (also known as a Registered Behavior Technician or RBT) in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities. We pay for your training! You’ll help children directly in achieving their developmental goals. A Behavior Coach (RBT) is a 1 on 1 therapist , that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future. This position does have its challenges, and can even be demanding – some individuals with ASD exhibit problematic behaviors – but your work will help pave a better and brighter future for a child and their family . Key Responsibilities:

Implement ABA therapy sessions as outlined in the client’s individualized treatment plan. Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session. Utilize evidence-based techniques to teach and reinforce communication, social, and adaptive skills. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to adjust treatment plans based on client progress and data analysis. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve therapeutic skills and knowledge. Provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients during therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with clients’ families and caregivers regarding progress and any relevant updates. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Qualifications:

[Preferred but not required] Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field. [Preferred] Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in an ABA setting. [Preferred] Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collect, interpret, and report data accurately. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. [Preferred but not required] RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe with our help!
