Our Brands Responsibilities:
The Therapist will provide high-quality,therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health andwell-being. The Therapist is responsible for conductingassessments, developing and implementing individualized treatmentplans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating withother internal and external professionals. This role also involvesparticipating in outreach and marketing efforts to promote servicesand attract new referrals, contributing to the overall mission ofdelivering comprehensive mental health care. Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determineindividuals’ needs and appropriate interventions. Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to gatherrelevant information. Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration withindividuals, families, and the treatment team. Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to individuals’needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, andfamily therapy sessions. Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mentalhealth issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioraldisorders. Provide consistent and comprehensive services to all assignedindividuals on your caseload. Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals tomonitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans,progress notes, and other required documentation within establishedtimeframes per company policy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizationalstandards. Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinarytreatment team, to provide holistic care. Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discussprogress and treatment strategies of individuals served. Provide immediate support and intervention during crisissituations. Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency serviceswhen necessary. Engage in community outreach to promote mental health servicesand attract new clients. Connect individuals and families with additional resources andsupport services as needed. Stay current with best practices, new treatment modalities, andemerging trends in mental health therapy. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professionaldevelopment opportunities. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and otherstakeholders to address inquiries, disseminate information, andresolve complaints or concerns.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldis required.
State-Specific Requirements:
Alabama:
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, orALC.
Georgia, Mississippi:
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
North Carolina:
Minimum of one year experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA. South Carolina Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships. Must hold license as a LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA.
Tennessee:
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/orfamilies, which may include internships and volunteer work. Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
