We’re hiring a Traveling Mental Health Therapist to support ourclinical teams across the country. If you’re an independentlylicensed therapist with a passion for eating disorder treatment andthe flexibility to travel 75% of the time, this could be theperfect opportunity. This full-time role is ideal for a clinicianwho enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact acrossmultiple Monte Nido treatment centers. You’ll provide in-personclinical coverage where it’s needed most—whether during stafftransitions, team expansions, or high census periods—and helpensure continuity of care for our clients and families. Travelexpenses fully covered Reimbursement and support for additionalstate licenses Salary range: $80k-$110k

Responsibilities Include:
: Provide direct clinicalservices (individual, group, and family therapy) at Monte Nidoresidential and day treatment programs. Collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, dietitians,and other therapists. Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, andculturally responsive care for clients with eating disorders andco-occurring mental health conditions. Maintain documentation inaccordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Travel toMonte Nido programs across the U.S., primarily in California,Oregon, and New York, with flexibility to obtain licensure inadditional states (paid for by Monte Nido). Adapt to and uphold theMonte Nido clinical philosophy, integrity, and treatment model whenworking across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in client careand program standards.
Qualifications:
: Master’s degree in a mentalhealth field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD). Independent licensureto practice psychotherapy (must be fully licensed, notpre-licensed). Licensed or license-eligible in California, NewYork, or Oregon . At least 2 years of clinical experience ,preferably in eating disorders, trauma, or related mental healthfields. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time(travel and lodging are fully covered). Flexible, collaborative,and passionate about high-quality, client-centered care.
