You will provide patients withbehavioral and mental health treatments, including individual andgroup therapy, and intensive outpatient programs.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Form excellent provider-patient alliances andcoordinate care with external providers
- Conduct outpatientpsychiatric evaluations
- Participate in enriching the trainingexperience of our graduate students
- Screen and assess patientsfor common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Providetreatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatmentapproaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialecticalbehavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients forchanges in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects orcomplications
- Opportunities to represent the practice incommunity presentations and lectures

RequiredQualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or arelated counseling field
- Must have a clear, active andunrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in the state ofpractice
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years professional socialwork / clinical experience post Master’s degree
- Experienceproviding direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experience working with computers for professional communicationand medical documentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or otherEHRs)

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annuallybased on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withall minimum wage laws as applicable.
