Job Description
Eliot is seeking a In-Home-Therapy Clinician to provide community based,therapeutic interventions including individual, parent/child, and familysystems solution-focused treatment. This role works with Eliot?sChildren?s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) program, a program thatsupports children with behavioral, emotional and mental health needs andtheir families with integrated behavioral health services and acomprehensive community-based system of care. As an In Home Clinicianyou make a difference by providing family driven in home therapeuticservices through the Wraparound Approach. You support the diverse andcomplex needs of clients and their entire family system by providingintensive weekly services including caregiver coaching sessions andevidence based individual and family.
Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home,solution-focused therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, andfamilies, including crisis stabilization and flexible schedulingComplete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and lead developmentof strength-based treatment and safety plans Collaborate with teammembers and external providers to ensure coordinated care, crisisplanning, and seamless service delivery Utilize evidence-based practicesand motivational techniques to enhance engagement and treatmentcompliance Participate in systems-of-care planning, discharge meetings,and inter-agency coordination to support long-term stability andaftercare
Qualifications:
Requires a Master?s degree in Psychology orrelated field Experience working with youth and family in a communitysetting Valid Massachusetts Drivers License License preferred (LCSW,LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Schedule:
