As a Licensed ClinicalTherapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a widevariety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of ourdiverse patient population. You will provide patients withbehavioral and mental health treatments through individual andfamily therapy as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Formexcellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care withexternal providers
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
• Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduatestudents
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health andsubstance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for a variety ofmental health conditions using treatment approaches includingcognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, andother evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatmentresponse and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms andtreatment side effects or complications
• Opportunities torepresent the practice in community presentations and lectures

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, socialwork, or a related counseling field
• Have a clear, active andunrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in

MassachusettsPreferred Qualifications:

• 2 years professional social work /clinical experience post Master’s degree
• Experience providingdirect psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience working with computers for professional communicationand medical documentation – Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or otherEHRs)
