Due to rapid expansion in all of our clinics, we are offering a$4,000 sign on bonus. We are eager to be able to continue to serveclients in our service areas and need you to make this happen! ACompass Health Therapist is part of a person-centered integratedteam and provides counseling and triage services to persons whopresent during open access hours, as needed. The Therapistfunctions as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be able toassess the appropriateness/readiness of referrals for counseling.

Prefer a therapist comfortable with age 10and above. This is a full time, benefit eligible, office-basedposition. The schedule is Monday-Friday, primarily 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

Provide psychotherapy forpersons served Assess appropriateness/readiness of referrals forcounseling Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team Maintainclient records, following agency and state regulations includingknowledge of utilization management criteria. Maintain expectedlevel of customer care requirements Will provide culturallycompetent services to meet the unique cultural needs of each agencyconsumer and family member Complete treatment plans with personsserved Be knowledgeable of other human/social services for purposesof referral if the agency is unable to provide a service andmaintain documentation of such referrals Interface with otherhuman/social services to provide holistic services to personsserved. Provide licensure supervision, if applicable Regularattendance (except as excused) Attend all training as required byCompass Health Network, Accreditors and Funders Other duties asassigned by supervisor
