Now, your role: ABA Behavior TherapistAs an ABABehavior Technician at Accel Therapies, you will play a vital rolein implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individualswith autism and other developmental disabilities. Under thesupervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) andProgram Supervisor (PS), you will work directly with clients toprovide one-on-one support and interventions that target specificbehavior goals. This position is ideal for compassionate, patient,and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making apositive impact in the lives of others.

What You’ll Do Direct Client Support:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessionsto clients in various settings, including home, school, andcommunity, following the behavior intervention plan developed bythe BCBA and PS.

Data Collection:

Accurately record and maintain data on clientprogress, behavior observations, and other relevant informationduring therapy sessions.

Behavior Intervention:

Implement behavior modificationtechniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatmentplan to address challenging behaviors and promote skilldevelopment.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with team members to ensurethe coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.

Professional Development:

Attend ongoing training and meetingsto stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

What You’llBring A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required Reliable transportation is required Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist withindividuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is aplus! Previous childcare experience is highly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive and team-player attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at alltimes.

Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on acomputer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at theorganizations facilities.
