Position:

ABA Therapist As an ABA Therapist at Headway ABA , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized therapy to children. You’ll work directly with clients to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed by the BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst). This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about child development, dedicated to making a meaningful difference, and committed to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct Client Interaction:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes, educational settings, or other chosen environments.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the BCBA Supervisor to ensure the effective implementation of therapeutic programs.

Therapeutic Program Delivery:

Carry out individualized therapy plans that target key areas of development, such as communication, social skills, and behavior management.

Ongoing Communication:

Maintain professional communication with the BCBA and other team members to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
Child Rapport:

A natural ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and families.

Understanding of Child Development:

Knowledge of developmental milestones and how to apply them in therapy.

ABA Techniques & Procedures:

Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and techniques for effective intervention. Commitment to
