Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist Position Available In Carteret, North Carolina

Applied Behavior Analysis Specialist Alight Behavioral Therapy Newport, NC 28570 Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. Prior ABA experience is welcome but not required—we provide exceptional training and ongoing support. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field. We are seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a bright, verbal, and socially curious child on the autism spectrum. This child is highly engaged during sessions, demonstrates strong learning potential, and benefits from support with emotional regulation, communication, and flexible thinking. Job Duties:

1:1 therapy sessions Implement discrete trial/natural environment programs Teach play skills and social skills Teach self-help skills Document session outcomes Provide behavior support within group settings Collaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, etc.

Requirements:

Previous ABA experience preferred Excellent references RBT preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

$23.00 – $27.00 per hour
