CBT Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, isseeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in ChapelHill, NC. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you’ll bean integral part of our vision to make healthcare better foreveryone. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a widevariety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of ourdiverse patient population. Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients forcommon mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Providetreatment for mental health conditions using various approachesincluding cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioraltherapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically tracktreatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinicalsymptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, socialwork, or a related counseling field
- Have a clear, active andunrestricted license ([LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC]) in NorthCarolina
- Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in theMedicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) priorto starting a new position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years ofprofessional experience post master’s degree providing behavioralhealth services
- Experience providing direct psychotherapyservices to individuals and families
- Experience working withcomputers for professional communication and medical documentation- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

Connecting. Growing together. The salary range for this role is$59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to local labormarkets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
