What You’ll Do:
Conduct Functional BehavioralAssessments (FBAs) and design personalized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists (RBTs) to deliver effectivetherapy. Monitor progress, update client goals, and adjusttreatment strategies as needed. Provide caregiver training tosupport consistency and generalization of skills. Collaborate withfamilies, educators, and team members to achieve meaningfuloutcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Current BCBA Certification(required). Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied BehaviorAnalysis, or related field. 1 year of experience providing in-homeABA services (preferred). Reliable transportation and validdriver’s license. Compassionate, professional demeanor with strongcommunication and problem-solving skills. What Sets Us Apart?
