Perspectives Counseling Centers , part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LPC orLMFT) to join our team in Rochester, MI . As a member of the OptumBehavioral Care team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision tomake healthcare better for everyone. As a Licensed ClinicalTherapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental healthconditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patientpopulation. PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients for common mentalhealth and substance abuse disorders
- Provide psychotherapytreatment in an outpatient setting with children and adolescentsfor mental health conditions using various approaches includingcognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, andother evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatmentresponse and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms andtreatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:
- Master’sdegree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT or LMSW) in thestate of Michigan
- Currently eligible to be enrolled as a providerin the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (ifapplicable) prior to starting a new position
PreferredQualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience post master’sdegree providing behavioral health services
