Perspectives Counseling Centers , part of the Optum family ofbusinesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LPC orLMFT) to join our team in Rochester, MI . PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Screen and assess patients for common mentalhealth and substance abuse disorders
• Provide psychotherapytreatment in an outpatient setting with children and adolescentsfor mental health conditions using various approaches includingcognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, andother evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatmentresponse and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms andtreatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:

• Master’sdegree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT or LMSW) in thestate of Michigan
• Currently eligible to be enrolled as a providerin the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (ifapplicable) prior to starting a new position

PreferredQualifications:

• 2 years of professional experience post master’sdegree providing behavioral health services
