As a Licensed Clinical Therapist /Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety ofmental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diversepatient population. You will provide patients with behavioral andmental health treatments, including individual and group therapy,medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Form excellent provider-patient alliances andcoordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatientpsychiatric evaluations
• Screen and assess patients for commonmental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide mental healthcounseling services to individuals, families, and/or couples
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions usingtreatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy,dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records(Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with allregulatory requirements You’ll be rewarded and recognized for yourperformance in an environment that will challenge you and give youclear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well asprovide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, socialwork, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active andunrestricted license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of

MichiganPreferred Qualifications:

• 2 years professional social work /clinical experience post Master’s degree
• Experience providingdirect psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience with children and adolescents
• Experience working withcomputers for professional communication and medical documentation- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
• Proven ability towork both independently and collaboratively with equaleffectiveness The hourly range for this role is $28.

61 to $56.06per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on severalfactors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Groupcomplies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
