The Leader will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for all participants. Provides (4) 1.5 hour trauma reductions EMDR sessions per week to 4 project participants weekly Documents EMDR protocol information on standardized EMDR forms Attends all project in person staff-training information sessions at WARM Brings client issues to Program Director for consultation, coordination with other services NYS licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or other licensure that qualifies for mental health services; EMDR certification preferred from EMDRIA or similar organization, will consider 42 hours continuing EMDR education with 18 hours trauma education; and two years post training working with trauma victims.
