Your Responsibilities + Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in-home + Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans + Accurately record session data using digital systems + Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to ensure effective treatment delivery + Create a supportive and positive environment for learning and growth What We’re Looking For + Previous experience in ABA therapy or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) + Passionate about helping children with Autism thrive + Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills + High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged) + Reliable transportation + Willingness to complete or renew the 40-hour RBT course if needed + Commitment of at least 6 months This Role Is a
