We save lives while providing the opportunity for people torealize their healthy selves.: Mental Health Therapist Monte NidoRockland New City, NY Monte Nido Rockland located in New City, NYis a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seekingtreatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge EatingDisorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’s treatment approachfocuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritionalbalance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines,elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation andtreatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achievea clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder andits effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciationof what is necessary for their personal recovery. We are seeking aMental Health Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatmentteam.
Pay Range:
$ 60,405.80 – $72,000

Responsibilities Include:
: Providing individual, group, andfamily therapy Serving as liaison with families and outpatientproviders Interact with insurance companies for pre-certificationand utilization management Participating in discharge and aftercareplanning Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthyrelationship with food Provides safe, empathetic, and affirmingcare for each client and their unique circumstance based on theclients’ intersecting identities
Qualifications:
: Master’s degreein clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum Statelicense (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g.,Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Prior experience with eatingdisorders and higher levels of care is helpful Knowledge ofdiversity, equity and inclusion practices montenido
