We are looking for:
Licensed therapists of alllevels and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct culturallysensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families,creating a welcoming and understanding environment for diversebackgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and familytherapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client,fostering a path to healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensivecrisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellnessplans, supporting the maintenance of stable functioning andempowering clients in their mental health journey.
- Activelyparticipate in case consultations, agency meetings, and dischargeplanning, contributing your expertise to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualizedtreatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, upholding thehighest standards of professional responsibility.
- Engage incollaborative care with our team of psychiatrists, nursepractitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellowtherapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work,Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) per state regulation.
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted inprofessional licensing.
- Passionate about mental health andcommitted to providing high-quality care.
- Dedicated to ongoingprofessional development in mental health including freesupervision and continuing education.
- Eager to collaborate with amultidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
- Strong commitmentto ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellentcommunication skills and ability to build rapport with clients andfamilies.
- Ability to manage time effectively and completedocumentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
