Job Description:

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to providea mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Bethlehem, PA.Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice groupwith locations in 48 states. Qualifications:

All eligible candidatesmust have one of the following independent licenses in

Pennsylvania:

LCSW or LMFT or LPC Licensed Clinical Psychologists(PhD or PsyD) Clinicians need to be licensed and living in thestate in which they will be practicing. Qualified candidates willhave experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couplestherapy, children, trauma) and must also be comfortable workingwith individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral HealthGeneralists) Specialty Population is subject to client demand

Specialties Preferred:

Licensed Therapist specializing in, and withexperience providing counseling to,

Couples and FamiliesCompensation:

Up to $108,300 depending on licensure, sessions, andbonus opportunities

What We Need:

Individuals willing to see aminimum of 25 sessions per week Meet with clients individually oras a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychologicalneeds and develop a treatment plan A true partnership Candidatesthat may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors Selfguided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hoursStrong character matters – integrity, honesty, adaptability andquality of care to name a few Individuals who enjoy being a part ofteam and working together to professionally develop
