Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality care in our evening programs. This role involves working with adults in a supportive, structured outpatient setting.
Schedule:
Evening hours, approximately 3pm-7pm
Flexibility to meet client and program needs
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adult clients
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
Evaluate emotional and behavioral needs to ensure effective, person-centered treatment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards
Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and team members
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress and recovery
Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required and completion of a clinical based internship
Licensure:
Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania preferred (pre-licensed candidates considered)
Experience:
Prior experience working with adults in a mental health or co-occurring treatment setting preferred
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
