How you’ll contribute Responsible for providingpsychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individualand family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric andsubstance abuse issues. Ensure accurate and timely patientdocumentation. Conducts individual and group therapy sessions toeducate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substanceabuse problems. Displays active involvement in treatment planningprocess. Provides family session counseling to all patients toensure appropriate communication and involvement of family membersand support groups. Actively communicates with clients, families,and outside referral sources. Demonstrates proactive communicationwith those involved with the patient’s treatment. Qualifications and requirements:

Master’s degree in social work or counseling and relevant statelicensure required. Prior experience with psychiatric and chemicaldependency patients. Current unencumbered clinical licenseaccording to the state of practice guidelines. CPR and CPIcertified within 30 days of employment. May be required to workflexible hours.
