We are seeking a passionate andexperienced Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team in thechildren’s behavioral and mental health care industry. This uniquerole requires the application of clinical skills within a corporateenvironment, with an emphasis on mental health and well-being. Thesuccessful candidate will be a part of an innovative team thatintegrates therapeutic practices into the daily operations of ourorganization. As a Clinical Therapist, your responsibilities willinclude, but not be limited to: 1. Providing individual, group, andfamily therapy to employees dealing with various mental healthissues. 2. Collaborating with the human resources department todevelop and implement mental health programs and initiatives. 3.Offering crisis intervention and conflict resolution assistance. 4.Conducting assessments to identify issues and create treatmentplans. 5. Helping employees develop skills to improve theirwell-being and productivity. 6. Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to plan or coordinate treatment. 7. Assisting in thecreation of policies and procedures that promote mental health inthe workplace. 8. Providing resources and referrals to outsidemental health services when necessary. 9. Conducting workshops andseminars on mental health topics relevant to the healthcareindustry. The ideal candidate for the Clinical Therapist roleshould have the following qualifications: 1. Master’s degree inSocial Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from anaccredited institution; candidates actively pursuing a qualifyingMaster’s degree may also be considered. 2. Registered with theCalifornia Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriageand Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker(ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC); oreligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist with theCalifornia Board of Psychology. All registrations must be in goodstanding. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinicalsetting. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach toaddressing issues. 6. Ability to work independently and as part ofa team. 7. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handlingsensitive information with discretion. 8. Strong knowledge ofmental health disorders, therapeutic processes, and ethics. 9.Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
