Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM•6:30 PM; Friday•flexible/traditional daytime hours

Salary Range:

$50,000•$55,000 (based on education and experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an Adolescent IOP Therapist to join our clinical team in Lansdale, PA. This role focuses on providing therapeutic services to adolescents (ages 9-18) participating in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for mental health concerns. The therapist will lead group therapy, conduct individual and family sessions, and contribute to treatment planning and progress monitoring.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and peer support.
Provide individual and family therapy as clinically appropriate.
Complete intake assessments and support level-of-care determinations.
Collaborate with families, school personnel, and internal team members to support treatment goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans and update them in accordance with client progress.
Document all services in a timely and compliant manner.
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Maintain professional boundaries and contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment.
Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field.

Training:

Completion of a clinically focused internship or practicum is required.

Licensure:

Licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is preferred but not required.

Experience:

Experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting is strongly preferred.
Comfort addressing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, OCD, behavioral issues, and autism spectrum-related challenges.
Family therapy experience is a plus.
