Bachelors Degree $35/hr. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will work closely with children to provide behavioral therapy and support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment approach
• Assist in the development of social skills, communication skills, and adaptive behaviors
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:

• Masters Degree in either Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis or Gerontology…. Experience working with children in a behavioral health or educational setting
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with behavioral challenges This job requires you to use you’re own vehicle which must be insured.

Mileage and gas reimbursement is not offered at this time but can be used as a write off when your file your 1099
