Wehave a need for providers open to offering in-person and/ortelehealth services, in a local, state/multi-state, or nationwidecapacity depending on your goals and licensure.

What Youll Do:

Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-termgoal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing many sessionsas medically necessary. Treat adults who have completed brief,evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms andareas of concern. Preferably, also be open to treating additionalpopulations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.

Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and completesession documentation in a timely manner within our schedulingsystem. Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventionsthat are tailored to your client’s needs. Collaborate with ourdedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical carenavigation team, and our administrative care support team wheneveryou need assistance. Provide culturally competent and empatheticcare, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for allraces, ethnicities, and genders.

Who You Are:

You have anunrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Masterslevel counselor, etc.) in a country outside of the United States.

We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiringlicensed supervision. Minimum 3 years of total experience withinmental health. Have a dedicated office space in which to providein-person therapy if you choose to provide those services. Yourecomfortable with technology and are telehealth competent. You havetraining and experience in evidence-based modalities of care suchas

CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.

You are comfortable with providingsafety planning and intervention during situations where a clientmight present with higher risks. You are committed to qualityclinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increaseyour effectiveness by being informed of client progress orchallenges. You like working independently, but would also enjoyhaving the support of a team and opportunities for connections andcollaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinicalcare navigators.
