THE TYPE OF PRE-LICENSURE PSYCHOTHERAPIST WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program Eligible for state licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Strong interest and passion for working with diverse populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a clinical setting Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, etc
