Wehave a need for providers open to offering in-person and/ortelehealth services, in a local, state/multi-state, or nationwidecapacity depending on your goals and licensure.

What Youll Do:

Provide psychotherapy to clients with benefits ranging fromshort-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing manysessions as medically necessary. Treat adults who have completedbrief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptomsand areas of concern. Preferably, also be open to treatingadditional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, orfamilies. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability andcomplete session documentation in a timely manner within our EHR.Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that aretailored to your client’s needs. Collaborate with our dedicatedprovider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team,and our administrative care support team whenever you needassistance. Provide culturally competent and empathetic care,upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races,ethnicities, and genders.

Who You Are:

You have an unrestrictedlicense to practice psychotherapy in at least one state andideally, multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC,etc.) We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiringlicensed supervision. You have a NPI 1 (National ProviderIdentifier – individual provider) number; if you do not alreadyhave one, please apply for one through the NPPES site. Minimum 3years of total experience within mental health Have a dedicatedoffice space in which to provide in-person therapy if you choose toprovide those services Youre comfortable with technology, have theability to manage an online calendar, are comfortable completingnotes, reviewing case files and general documentation online, andare comfortable delivering therapy via Zoom You have training andexperience in evidence-based modalities of care such as

CBT, DBT,EMDR, ACT, CPT.

You are comfortable with providing safety planningand intervention during situations where a client might presentwith higher risks. You are committed to quality clinical care andwant to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness bybeing informed of client progress or challenges. You like workingindependently, but would also enjoy having the support of a teamand opportunities for connections and collaboration with otherproviders and our master’s level clinical care navigators. Thetarget range for this position is $70-$150 per 55 minute session.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined bya number of factors including licensure, experience, location,internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
